Llyn Cwm Bychan
From the coast at Llanbedr, we drove up the narrow winding road up into the hills, and eventually came upon the Llyn Cwm Bychan, lying quietly bathed in beautiful light in its amphitheatre among the mountains.
As we left, a grass snake swam lazily through the shallows, disappearing into the vegetation at the edge of the lake.
